Position Overview

This role involves leading civil site design projects, managing client relationships, and collaborating with a team of engineers. The salary range is $80,000 to $130,000 annually, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform and oversee civil engineering project designs.
  • Prepare reports, studies, calculations, plans, and specifications.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative solutions.
  • Assist in proposal preparation and project qualification statements.
  • Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and client communication.
  • Participate in business development activities.
    • Qualifications
    • Illinois Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
    • 6-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in commercial, residential, healthcare, education, or single-site projects.
    • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; experience with Bentley Pondpack, Storm

      CAD, and other hydrology/hydraulics software is preferred.
    • Ability to develop client relationships and work independently or in teams.
    • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
