Title: Dev Ops Developer

Location: Swansea, IL

In this role you will provide Dev Sec Ops  engineering support for Tapestry’s Global Decision Support System (GDSS) program, the primary US Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC) Command and Control (C2) system. Your responsibilities include designing, building, operating, and sustaining web environments on AWS (Cloud One).

• Provide lead Dev Sec Ops  engineering support to develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes in cloud environments such as AWS.
• Maintain pipelines and automated deployments using third‑party and cloud‑native Dev Sec Ops  tools based on development team requirements.
• Implement monitoring solutions to track system performance, availability, and security, and optimize for performance and cost efficiency.
• Work with developers and application experts to test issues in cloud‑based environments.
• Identify opportunities for automation in deployment, configuration management, and operational tasks to improve efficiency.
• Automate deployments, tests, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the cloud environment and associated tools.

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of technical experience.
• CompTIA Security+ certification.
• Experience establishing Dev Sec Ops  practices in a cloud environment.

• Previous experience supporting Lift & Shift cloud migrations.
• Proficiency with Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible, Bash, Git, AWS, EC2, and SSM.

Summary base pay range: $108,800 – $121,200. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre‑Start and a final U.S. Secret Clearance Post‑Start are required.
