Job Summary:As a Registered Nurse (RN), you'll play a vital role in delivering hand-on nursing and personal care to residents, while leading and supporting nursing assistants in their daily tasks. You'll ensure the highest standards of care, safety, and well-being for everyone in our facility-making a difference every single day.
Essential Duties:- Monitoring residents’ condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible treatment and care.
- Prepare and administer medication as ordered by the physician.
- Perform routine charting duties as required & in accordance with established charting & documentation policies & procedures.
- Admit, transfer and discharge residents as required.

Must possess a nursing degree from an accredited college or university or be a graduate of an approved LPN program with a pharmacology course.
Must possess a current Illinois unencumbered license to practice as a RN or LPN.
