Autograph Recruitment are currently working with a practice who have an exciting opportunity for a semi senior accountant to join their rapidly expanding Swansea Office.
Responsibilities include:

• Preparation of accounts and tax computations for a wide range of companies, partnerships and sole traders.
• Reporting directly to your director or client manager.
• Preparation and submission of VAT returns.
• Ad hoc book-keeping assistance using various accounting software packages, including Sage 50 and Xero.
• Attending meetings and dealing directly with clients' queries.
• Providing support to junior staff.

The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• At least 2 years experience working in practice.
• Ability to work effectively in teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office - particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in Sage and Xero is preferred but not essential.
• Friendly and approachable.
• Hold a full UK driving licence.

The role will offer study support towards your ACCA qualification. Salary levels will depend on experience.
