A well-established and highly regarded accountancy practice in Swansea is looking to recruit an Accounts Semi Senior to join its friendly and supportive team. Offering exposure to a varied client portfolio, on-going mentoring and full ACCA study support, this is an excellent opportunity to continue developing your career within practice.

Accounts Semi Senior role responsibilities

Preparing year-end accounts and tax computations for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Assisting with bookkeeping assignments using cloud accounting software including Xero and Sage
Building strong relationships with clients and responding to day-to-day queries
Attending client meetings alongside senior colleagues where required
Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
Working closely with Managers and Directors to deliver a high standard of client service

The ideal Accounts Semi Senior candidate will already have experience working within an accountancy practice and be confident preparing accounts for a varied portfolio of clients.

You’ll ideally be studying towards your ACCA qualification (or looking to do so), possess excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
