Assistant Accountant

You must have previously worked in Accountancy Practice. Our client is a growing practice, supporting a varied portfolio of SME and owner-managed businesses. They are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Accountant to join their team.

The Role Prepare accounts and basic financial statements for a range of clients. Assist with bookkeeping and VAT returns. Support with personal and corporation tax compliance. Liaise with clients and assist with day-to-day accounting queries. Work closely with senior members of the team and gain exposure to a broad range of practice work. About You Previous experience working within an accountancy practice.

Good knowledge of accounts preparation and bookkeeping. Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills. Confident communicating with clients and colleagues.
