Location: Swansea
Salary: £30,000 - £55,000 (DOE)
Type: Full-time, Permanent
Are you an experienced Client Manager, or a qualified professional looking to step into a client-facing role within a growing and forward-thinking accountancy practice?
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a developing business where you'll manage your own portfolio of clients, build strong relationships, and play a key role in the firm’s continued growth and success.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview annual accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards
Prepare and review corporation tax computations and company tax returns
Produce and analyse regular management accounts for a varied client portfolio
Present financial information to clients clearly, offering actionable insights
Provide advice on accounting, bookkeeping, VAT, and financial systems to support business growth
Qualified (ACA/ACCA) or Qualified by Experience with 5+ years in practice
Strong background in general practice, ideally within an accountancy firm
Proven experience managing your own client portfolio independently
Confident using financial software and cloud-based accounting tools (e.g. Xero, Quick Books)
Excellent communication skills with a proactive, client-focused approach
