Talent is working with a well-established manufacturing business near Swansea. They are seeking a capable Management / Financial Accountant to join the team at this exciting stage of their growth journey.
This is an excellent opportunity for a technically strong accountant with a broad skill set across management and financial accounting, ideally combining experience gained in both industry and practice.
Key responsibilities and experience:
Preparation of monthly management accounts and supporting analysis.
Financial accounting, statutory reporting and month-end processes.
Experience with PLC accounting and international accounting standards, ideally IFRS.
Financial reporting, reconciliations and ensuring accuracy of financial information.
Experience gained in both industry and accountancy practice would be highly desirable.
About you:
A hands-on accountant with strong technical and analytical skills.
Comfortable working across both management and financial accounting.
Able to hit the ground running and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
