Role PurposeThe Billing Team Leader leads the day-to-day delivery of a high-quality, accurate and responsive billing service across the group’s house of brands and professional services businesses. The role combines people leadership, operational control, stakeholder partnership and continuous improvement, ensuring that billing activity is completed consistently, efficiently and in line with client requirements, group policies and applicable legal and VAT obligations. The role is central to the development and scaling of the central billing function.
