Requirements & Details:

Experience:
5+ years of progressive payroll operations experience in a high-growth, publicly traded tech company with a global footprint
• Education :
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in payroll, accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field
• Systems Expertise:
Proficiency with Workday Payroll (reporting, configuration, integrations) and global payroll software platforms
• Technical & Analytical
Skills:
Advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (vlookups, index/match, pivot tables) for complex data analysis, reconciliation, and audit modeling
• Domain Expertise:
Thorough understanding of global equity taxation, statutory compliance, international labor laws, and multi-currency payroll distribution
