School Admin Assistant Wanted – Swansea

Via Teaching Personnel

Are you an organised, detail-driven admin professional with SIMS experience
? We’re working with a welcoming school in Swansea who are looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to join their office team.

Responsibilities
  • Using SIMS for pupil records, attendance, and data management
  • General admin duties including filing, emails, and data entry
  • Supporting the school office and leadership team
  • Greeting visitors and supporting communication with parents
Schedule
  • Monday – Friday
  • School hours
  • Ongoing role with potential for long-term placement
Pay & Work
  • Weekly pay
  • Consistent, full-week work
  • Support from a dedicated Teaching Personnel consultant
Qualifications
  • Has previous SIMS experience (essential) ✅
  • Is organised, professional, and confident in a busy school office
  • Communicates well and works effectively as part of a team
  • Has previous school admin experience (preferred)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
