As our Branch Administrator, you’ll be the professional backbone of the branch, ensuring everything runs seamlessly, compliantly, and efficiently. You’ll take ownership of the critical administrative processes that keep the business moving forward, allowing our Consultants to focus on revenue-generating activity.

What You’ll Be DoingThis is far more than a standard admin role.
You will:
- Be the first point of contact, welcoming visitors with warmth and professionalism
- Manage registrations from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Handle incoming calls confidently and professionally
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records and candidate files
- Process bookings, extensions, confirmations and assignment details
- Conduct Right to Work and DVLA checks
- Format CVs and support Consultants with vacancy filling
- Screen and source candidates, following up on enquiries and booking registrations
- Chase outstanding documentation and maintain impeccable standards
You’ll play a key role in ensuring compliance is paramount and processes are followed to the highest standard.
