Your new role

Shared inbox management
Arranging meetings
Updating and issuing meeting agendas
Telephone and email queries
Use of Oracle to update finance systems
Attending forums and events with the engagement team
Assisting with administrative tasks for events
What you'll need to succeed

Use of Oracle or finance related systems
PO/Invoice management
Proven experience of working in an admin role
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
What you'll get in return

Baglan Bay Innovation Centre
£13.41 per hour
Temporary until May 2026
30 hours per week
Hybrid - 2 days from home
Tuesday office day, then flexibility on additional days.
