Are you a client-focused, organised professional who thrives in a client-facing role and enjoys being at the heart of a busy, dynamic legal office? At Redkite Solicitors, we’re seeking a confident, personable Administrative Assistant to provide first-class front-of-house and administrative support.

As a key member of our office support team, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, as well as an essential contributor to the smooth day-to-day running of the office. From welcoming clients and handling enquiries to coordinating administrative tasks and supporting colleagues, you’ll play a vital role in delivering a professional, seamless experience across the firm.

Candidates should be aware that their first day of employment may be based at an alternative Redkite office, for group onboarding. A willingness to travel and spend the day away from your usual place of work is therefore required.

What will you be doing?

  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, delivering a warm, professional welcome in person and over the phone
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, set up refreshments and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard for client meetings and consultations
  • Liaise with senior stakeholders, partners, and external guests with tact, discretion, and efficiency.
  • Assist staff with day-to-day administrative tasks, including document handling, filing, scanning, and post
  • Manage incoming calls and correspondence, directing queries promptly and professionally
  • Handle routine office ordering and supply management with attention to cost-efficiency and consistency
  • Ensure the office is compliant with health & safety requirements, including checklists and coordination with external contractors
