Administration Assistant

£13.00-£14.00ph

Our client is seeking an organised and personable Administration Assistant to join a busy institution in Swansea. This is a valuable opportunity for an individual looking to develop their administrative experience within a professional and supportive setting.

Role Responsibilities

The Administration Assistant will play a key role in the smooth day-to-day running of the institution, providing support to staff, students, and visitors. Duties will include:

Providing front-line support to students, staff, and visitors.
Managing and organising documents, files, and correspondence.
Assisting with the scheduling of meetings and coordination of events.
Maintaining an efficient and professional office environment.
Responding to telephone and email enquiries in a professional manner.
Supporting a range of general administrative duties as required.

Candidate Requirements

Applicants should demonstrate the following skills and attributes:

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
A professional manner and the ability to engage effectively with a diverse range of people.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Previous experience in administration or customer service is desirable but not essential.
