Contract:
Permanent
Salary: £36,000p.a, increasing to £38,000 upon successful completion of probation
Hours of work: 40 hrs pw Mon-Fri: 8.30am-5pm
About the Role:
To provide administrative, operational, and coordination support for international programmes, teams, or business activities, often acting as a central point of contact between UK-based operations and overseas stakeholders
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination of International Activities
Organising meetings, travel, and logistics across different time zones
Supporting international projects or programmes
Liaising with overseas offices, partners, or clients
Communication Management
Acting as a point of contact for global stakeholders
Handling correspondence across different regions
Supporting translation or cultural considerations where needed
Compliance and Documentation
Ensuring activities align with UK regulations (e.g. data protection, visa requirements)
Maintaining accurate records, contracts, and documentation
Supporting audits or reporting requirements
Financial and Operational Support
Processing international invoices, expenses, and budgets
Order entry for international orders or support thereof.
Supporting procurement and supplier coordination across countries
International lead generation and management. Allocation to relevant country and assigned individual.
Data and Reporting
Maintaining databases of international contacts or programmes
Producing reports for senior management
Tracking performance or project progress
Required Skills:
Import and export experience is critical for this role
Business degree. Qualified by experience. International experience
Strong organisational and multitasking ability
Excellent communication skills
Proficiency in administrative systems and Microsoft Office
