Learning & Development Administrator – 12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
Swansea – Hybrid working (Thursday in the Swansea office, remaining days flexible).
The role supports a well-established organisation in Swansea by coordinating learning activities, managing the Learning Management System, and providing first-class administrative support to the Learning & Development team.
Responsibilities- Coordinate internal and external training courses and professional qualifications.
- Book employees onto learning programmes and monitor attendance.
- Schedule training across multiple office locations.
- Act as the first point of contact for Learning & Development enquiries.
- Administer the Learning Management System: set up new starters and allocate mandatory learning.
- Monitor training completion and follow up with employees and managers to ensure compliance.
- Produce reports and analyse learning data using Excel and the LMS.
- Raise purchase orders and support the management of the Learning & Development budget.
- Maintain accurate learning records and ensure data integrity.
- Support the wider Learning & Development team with ongoing projects, including the implementation of a new LMS.
- Previous experience within a Learning & Development, Training or HR Administration role.
- Excellent organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Strong administrative skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience using HR systems or Learning Management Systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive, confident initiative and ability to build positive working relationships across the business.
- Experience supporting Learning Management Systems highly advantageous.
- Salary: £27,000 – £31,000 per annum, depending on experience.
- Hybrid working:
Thursday in the Swansea office – other days flexible. - Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm.
