This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast‑paced, supportive environment where no two days are the same.

The successful candidate will become an integral part of a close‑knit team, providing essential administrative support while helping to ensure exceptional client service. The Childcare department undertakes sensitive and meaningful work, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who is compassionate, professional and able to manage competing priorities with confidence.

Role

Working alongside a friendly and collaborative team, you will provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including:

  • Managing and updating client files using the firm’s case management system (LEAP)
  • Assisting with time recording and file administration
  • Answering client enquiries in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Scheduling appointments, meetings and hearings
  • Diary management and coordinating calendars
  • Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
  • Opening new files and maintaining accurate records
  • Providing general office and administrative support to the wider team
  • Supporting fee earners to ensure matters progress efficiently
About You

The successful candidate will be someone who:

  • Has previous administrative or office support experience, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Can prioritise a varied workload and adapt quickly when priorities change
  • Has strong communication and client care skills
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
  • Enjoys working collaboratively within a close‑knit team
  • Demonstrates discretion, professionalism and empathy when dealing with sensitive matters

Previous legal administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential. The firm’s user‑friendly LEAP case management system is easy to learn.

Opportunity

You’ll be joining a welcoming and supportive Childcare team where everyone works closely together in a modern open‑plan office. This is a hands‑on role offering plenty of variety and the opportunity to become a valued member of a respected legal practice.
