A large part or the Vehicle Warranty Administrator position involves completing warranty claims, using correct details supplied on the job card within manufacturer timescales. This includes
- Administering all agreed warranty claims and documentation
- Ensuring profitability of all warranty submissions is maximised by ensuring all correct coding and repair times claimed are correct, and raise any discrepancies with the Service Manager.
- To liaise with the Workshop Manager over any discrepancies with technicians' write-ups, parts omitted or claim details missing.
- To manage all referred and rejected claims daily, ensuring all are resolved in a timely manner
- To ensure all non-warranty repairs are passed to the Service Advisor for process and recharge. Previous experience of working the motor industry would be advantageous
- Experience with in a warranty or service administration role
- A sharp eye for detail and a conscientious commitment to precision
- A customer centric approach, always striving to deliver service above customer expectations.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines Hours of work: 40 hours a week Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
- Salary: £27,500 with an OTE of £33,500 (depending on experience),
- 30 days holiday per year (including Bank Holidays) that will increase with length of service plus your birthday off
