Office-Based About the Role An excellent opportunity has arisen for an organised and detail-oriented IFA Administrator to join a well-established and growing financial planning practice based in Ipswich. This role is ideal for an experienced administrator looking to build a long-term career within financial services. You will play a key role in supporting Financial Advisers, ensuring clients receive a professional and efficient service while maintaining high standards of administration and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive administrative support to Financial Advisers. Prepare and process client documentation accurately and efficiently. Maintain and update client records and databases. Schedule client meetings and manage adviser diaries. Liaise with clients, providers, and third parties regarding queries and documentation. Assist with new business processing and ongoing client servicing. Ensure all administration is completed in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.

Support the smooth day-to-day operation of the advisory process. About You The successful candidate will have:
Previous administrative experience, ideally within financial services, wealth management, pensions, investments, or a professional services environment. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a busy workload. Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confidence using Microsoft Office and other office-based systems. A proactive and professional approach to work. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Experience with in an Independent Financial Advice (IFA) environment would be advantageous but is not essential, as training can be provided for the right candidate. What's on Offer Salary of £28,000 per annum. Opportunity to join a friendly and supportive team.
