Overview

Automotive Service Advisor — Slyfield, Guildford (Onsite Parking!). An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to join a well-established main dealer in the Slyfield area. This role is available due to internal promotion, offering a great chance to step into a stable, high-performing team with clear progression.

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key link between customers and the workshop, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring jobs are managed efficiently from booking to completion.

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Service Advisor within a main dealer environment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident handling bookings, job cards, and upselling where appropriate
• A professional, organised, and team-focused approach

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
• Saturday: 1 in 5, 8:00am – 12:00pm

• Basic salary up to £31,000
• OTE up to £36,000
• 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays
