Parts Sales Manager

Parts Sales Manager required for a growing Motor Parts Factor, located in Swansea.

The salary on offer for this Parts Sales Manager is £32,000, with an OTE of £38,000.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 8:00/8:30am-5:00pm/5:30pm, with 1-in-2 Saturday mornings 8:30am-12:30pm.

Specification:

A previous / current working experience within Automotive Vehicle Parts
Achieving Parts Sales Volumes and profit objectives
Motivating and developing the Parts Sales Team
Strong Interpersonal Skills Responsibilities:

Finding new business and managing frequent accounts.
Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, creating positive rapports with customers.
Maintaining standards of performance in the Parts Sales Department through coaching and development.
