Our client, a franchise-approved car dealership based in Swansea, is seeking an experienced and professional Master Vehicle Technician to join their reputable team.

Duties of a Master Vehicle Technician
  • Perform accurate and high-quality repairs and vehicle servicing in line with manufacturer, retailer, and industry standards
  • Diagnose complex vehicle faults using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques
  • Mentor, coach, and support other Vehicle Technicians to improve workshop efficiency and fault-finding skills
  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to team members
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle issues, providing clear explanations and recommended solutions
  • Ensure all work is completed safely, correctly, and within reasonable time frames
  • Follow up on repair work and resolve long-term vehicle issues when necessary

    Maintain a high standard of workshop cleanliness and safety compliance
Requirements of a Master Vehicle Technician
  • IMI/NVQ Level 3 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance
  • Proven experience as a Senior or Master Vehicle Technician within a franchise dealership environment
  • Strong diagnostic skills and technical knowledge
  • Valid UK driving licence
  • Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Ability to produce high-quality work consistently under pressure
  • Motivated to meet targets and contribute to team success
