This role is to oversee sales‑led communications with our retailers and between key internal departments with the H&I Sales team. This will include working with information on key digital platforms ensuring it is accurate, putting together information for mailouts, and working with a multitude of teams, including Sales Operations Planning, Organised Play, and other Sales Channels.
Key Accountabilities- Communications to customers and sales team
- Resolution of supply and demand issues
- Provide Sales Analysis as required
- Support fulfilment of Organised Play programmes to deadline
- Deliver consistently high standards of customer service
- Support the sales team to achieve their sales targets and provide excellent customer service to customers
- Working closely with the Creative Team Leader and wider marketing team to analyze and enhance external communications to H&I and other relevant customers
- Collating information for mailout from Purchasing, Sales, Marketing & Inventory; ensuring that information is clear and correct
- Generating information for mailouts, based on the current need of the business
- Working with the Creative Team to ensure good quality communication.
- Accurate communications to customers & colleagues
- Fulfilment of event material to deadline
- Ensuring event and customer data is recorded accurately
- Collaborating with Purchasing, Sales, the Organised Play team and Retailers to ensure OP activities
- Develop creative solutions for enhancements to product listings to maximise key products and deliver great immersive experiences
- Use data to spot opportunities for digital user journey improvements
- Any other support required by the sales team
- Always exhibits the correct behaviours as well as delivering the required results
- Ad hoc requirements supporting Sales Operations team on data uploads and reports
- Attention to detail
- Good written communication skills
- Good Excel skills
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Team player but happy to work independently
- Good organisational skills and ability to spot potential problems and suggest solutions
- A natural curiosity for digital marketing and improving current practices; this is a sales support team that encourages curiosity and the execution of new ideas
- Awareness of modern design processes and an understanding of web and mobile platforms
- Always exhibits the correct behaviours as well as delivering the required results
- Knowledge of customer communications
- Previous CRM management
- Good working knowledge of SAP processes, queries and reports
- Able to use DTW accurately to upload orders as required.
- Experience working with insight in a B2C business where insight drives decisions
- Experience in B2C product / FMCG / retail an advantage
- Previous experience in a data analytics or data focused marketing position
