Compliance Analyst, Business

Robert Half is recruiting a Compliance Analyst with a privacy specialism for a well-established business in Manchester. This is a great opportunity for someone with a privacy background who wants to broaden into wider compliance work, with a genuine path to progression.

The Role You'll join a compliance team covering a broad range of areas, with privacy forming a key part of your day-to-day.

Responsibilities include:

Leading on privacy matters and compliance queries Monitoring and documenting compliance around purchasing Counter-fraud detection and advisory support Contract review and customer communication Supporting consumer protection and complaints handling About You Around 3 years' experience in a compliance or privacy role Strong privacy expertise, ideally GDPR/data protection focused Comfortable working across broader compliance areas, not privacy alone This role isn't a fit for someone who wants to stay purely within privacy What's on Offer £35,000-£45,000 basic bonus paid quarterly Pension scheme 25 days holiday  bank holidays Hybrid working (3 days office, 2 days home) Genuine progression opportunity within the compliance function Robert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
