We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Business Analyst to join a high-profile government digital transformation programme based in Swansea.
Working within Agile engineering teams, you'll play a key role in understanding business processes, eliciting and documenting requirements, producing high-quality user stories, and supporting the delivery of modern digital services. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a large-scale transformation programme, with the potential to support a variety of projects beyond the initial assignment.
This role is ideal for a Business Analyst who enjoys working closely with engineers, SMEs and stakeholders to drive delivery, remove blockers and ensure solutions meet user and business needs.
