• Regulatory & Model Leadership: Act as the definitive SME for Solvency II and UK regulations, owning the end-to-end internal model validation strategy.
• Risk Appetite & ORSA: Drive the financial risk appetite process. You will establish sharp early-warning indicators, triggers, and limits, while providing pivotal input into Group stress testing, scenario testing, and the wider ORSA process.
• Commercial Growth: Partner with the business to conduct Risk and Capital Assessments for exciting new products, ventures, and strategic propositions.
• Executive Influence: Translate complex actuarial data into compelling, high-level narratives for the Board, senior partners, and key stakeholders.
