Your responsibilities:

Establishing and managing your own ISG branch in England Expansion of the company in England with franchise partners and/or employees

Selling our services

Developing and maintaining long-term customer relationships

Preparing job profiles and advertisements

Professionally recruiting qualified candidates in a national and international environment

Conducting structured interviews and supporting candidates throughout the entire selection process

Cross-selling of other ISG services (e.g. personnel development, training, Media House)
