Prospero Health and Social Care supports Children and Young Adults in unregistered settings and bespoke crisis intervention placements. We are actively seeking experienced support workers for our ever-expanding organisation in Swansea and surrounding areas.

We have excellent part time and full time opportunities on an agency basis for Support/senior workers to join our team. Everyday is different and you will face new challenges, we need staff members with a can-do attitude, that are willing to go above and beyond for the children in their care to better their lives, promoting independence, being a role model and achieving a successful home environment for them to live , in line with local authority care plan.

- 12 months paid experience within the health and social care sector (working with children and young adults)

- Must be able to drive and has business insurance

- Happy to travel

- Accommodation provided

- Reliable, flexible and compassionate

- NVQ Level 2/3 in children and young people (essential)/ or working towards the qualification (proof required).

- Social Care registered

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Part-time hours: 48 per week

Day range:

Some weekends
Monday to Friday Physical setting:

Residential home
Sheltered housing

Shift:

12 hour shift
Day shift
Night shift
Ability to commute/relocate:

Swansea: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

Childcare: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:

Clean Driving Licence (required)
