BMSL Group Ltd, Swansea, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support delivery on a major live cladding/facade project. This is a site-based role within the delivery team, focusing on maintaining commercial performance and cost control.
You’ll be embedded with the project team, handling day‑to‑day commercial management, subcontractor accounts, variations, cost reports and NEC compliance, and working closely with Project Managers to keep the scheme on track.
