B & M McHugh Limited is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take commercial ownership of its Facilities Management portfolio in London and the South East. Based at our New Eltham office, you will lead the FM commercial team and work with clients and operations to maximise profitability.
You will review contracts, manage procurement, forecast costs, and provide timely reporting to support project delivery across six FM contracts worth ~£10m annual turnover.
