We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a 3-week contract on a steel frame warehouse project, overseeing drainage works.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site management, with previous experience working for Tier 1 contractors and a proven track record of managing site operations safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
* Overseeing and managing drainage works on a steel frame warehouse project.
* Coordinating subcontractors and site operatives to ensure works are completed on schedule.
* Ensuring all health and safety procedures are adhered to.
* Monitoring quality of works and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
* Liaising with the project team and providing regular progress updates.
* Maintaining site records and ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of site activities.
Requirements
* Previous experience as a Site Manager on commercial or industrial construction projects.
* Essential:
Previous experience working for Tier 1 contractors.
* Strong knowledge of drainage works and site operations.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certificates.
* Excellent communication, organisational and leadership skills.
* Available to start immediately.
Contract Details
* Duration: 3 weeks
* Rate: £300–£330 per day, depending on experience
* Start: ASAP
