The Oyster Partnership is recruiting an Interim Project Manager to lead the mobilisation phase of a major residential refurbishment programme valued at approximately £15 million for a Local Authority Housing Provider. This three-month, 3 days per week contract sits outside IR35 with start in the new year.
You will bridge contractor appointment and the mobilisation of the longer-term project management consultancy team.
