Location:

Swansea. Duration: 12 months until the end of January 2027. Pay: £13.65 per hour.

Hours:

Monday–Friday, 37 hours per week. No evenings or weekends.

The Employability Coach will support clients in securing employment and developing transferable skills. This varied role involves delivering recruiting services, supporting careers centre operations and providing guidance to job seekers.

• Provide information and advice through a variety of media sources.
• Deliver a vacancy service offering employers a recruitment service and matching clients to vacancies.
• Assist job seekers in securing employment.
• Support the running of careers centres, including office management and reception duties.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong focus on customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive, inclusive team.

• Regular hours Monday to Friday; no evenings or weekends.
• Competitive pay at £13.65 per hour.
• Full 37‑hour working week.
