• Play a key role in looking after every patient and supporting your dentist.
• Provide private, NHS and UDA treatments with understanding of GDC and other regulatory responsibilities.
• Set the highest standards for your team and patients.
• Work with clinical freedom to deliver the right solution for each patient.
• Support teamwork within the surgery and support dentists effectively.
• Organise and influence to ensure efficient practice delivery.
• Educate and support trainee/apprentice nurses.
• Demonstrate full understanding of GDC and regulatory responsibilities.
• Embrace CPD and ongoing professional development.
