Teacher Active are seeking enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisors across Swansea to deliver pre-planned lessons, maintain classroom routines, and create a positive learning environment. If you have the presence to lead and the passion to support students — we want to hear from you.

Opportunities are available for both flexible day-to-day cover and long-term placements.

What We’re Looking For:

✔️ Previous experience working in a classroom environment (essential)
✔️ Experience leading a class or large group independently (essential)
✔️ Strong behaviour management and confidence handling challenging situations
✔️ A calm, professional and consistent approach
✔️ Excellent communication and rapport-building skills
✔️ Adaptability across year groups and subject areas

(You do not need QTS — just the ability to lead, support, and guide learning.)
