Your Responsibilities:

Supporting teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities

Providing one-to-one or small group support

Assisting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required

Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting inclusion

Helping create a stimulating learning environment

✅ We’re Looking For:

Previous experience working with children, ideally in a primary school setting

ALN experience is highly desirable

A proactive and nurturing attitude

A genuine passion for education and child development
