 A genuine passion for working with children – experience is essential, but it doesn’t have to be classroom-based (youth work, childcare, coaching, mentoring, etc. all count!)
️ Strong communication skills to engage with pupils and staff

 An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one if you don’t already have one)
