The role:

Electrical Engineering Lecturer (Hourly Paid)

• Hourly Paid - Tuesday and Thursday
• Fixed term (31/08/2026)
• £18.23- £35.89 per hour, dependent of qualifications and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare and teach across levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 3.
• Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned and meet the varied needs of all learners.
• Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records or work and achievements.
• Ensure the learning environment is inspiring and maintain industry links to enhance the learner experience.

About you:

• Passion for the industry and teaching and learning.
• Passionate about the holistic development of each individual learner and groups of learners.
• Represent the college in a professional manner displaying integrity at all times.
• Possess a level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering.
