Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Plan, prepare and teach across levels, ranging from Level 1 to Level 3.
- Ensure teaching and learning strategies and teaching materials are planned and meet the varied needs of all learners.
- Assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records or work and achievements.
- Ensure the learning environment is inspiring and maintain industry links to enhance the learner experience.
Passion for the industry and teaching and learning. - Passionate about the holistic development of each individual learner and groups of learners.
- Represent the college in a professional manner displaying integrity at all times.
- Possess a level 3 qualification in Electrical Engineering
