The Role

Team Educate is partnering with secondary schools in the Swansea/Carmarthen areas to recruit experienced Teaching Assistants. You will support the class teacher with behaviour management, provide additional instruction, and assist with classroom activities. Your duties include working closely with pupils to reinforce learning, offering one‑on‑one support, and ensuring a positive learning environment.

Assignment Details

As a secondary teaching assistant, you will work across KS3 and KS4. In addition to supporting teachers within the classroom, you will deliver extra instruction and support various classroom activities. You will collaborate with pupils to reinforce learning, offer personalised support, and assist in preparing materials.

  • DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one.
