Team Educate are working with Secondary Schools in the Swansea/Carmarthen areas to recruit experienced cover supervisors or degree-qualified individuals who are passionate about starting a rewarding career in education. The school is seeking motivated individuals dedicated to supporting both teachers and pupils, ensuring a smooth and effective learning experience during staff absences.

As a cover supervisor you will be working across KS3 and KS4 in place of the subject teacher. You should be able to provide updates to the teacher, highlight both positive and negative behaviours, while adhering to school policies and procedures. Building strong relationships with both pupils and staff will also be key to your role.
