This is a fantastic opportunity for someone experienced in Additional Learning Needs (ALN) or for an enthusiastic individual eager to build a career in Special Educational Needs (SEN).

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with ASD
• Assist with personalised learning plans and behaviour support strategies
• Foster communication, confidence, and independence
• Collaborate closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and parents
• Help create an inclusive, nurturing classroom environment
• Adapt resources and teaching methods to meet individual needs

• Experience working with ASD, SEN, ALN, or additional needs (highly desirable)
• A caring, calm, and patient attitude
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and use initiative
• Relevant qualifications (Teaching Assistant Level 2/3, ALN/SEN training) welcomed
• Must hold or be willing to obtain an Enhanced DBS
