Temporary Flying Start Childcare Advisory OfficerGrade 8 – £33,699 per annum
Ty Elai Offices, Williamstown, Tonypandy. CF40 1NY
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Flying Start for one experienced and passionate individual to work within a unique and forward-thinking team which includes a range of professionals and fields.
The post holder will be required to provide direct and hands‑on support to Flying Start approved settings in response to the increasing level of emerging needs within early years, and aid practitioners’ contributions to a graduated response for individuals where appropriate.
The post holder will provide practical support to early years’ practitioners in line with multi‑agency professional advice with the primary goal of improving the quality of universal provision.
The post holder will be expected to role‑model, support implementation of strategies, support the delivery of training packages and have an integral role in maintaining communication and relationships between early years’ practitioners and the Flying Start childcare workforce.
