To deliver high quality training and assessing to learners within the housing sector. Programmes may include Work Based Learning, CIH knowledge based Housing qualifications, NVQs, and bespoke programmes.
- Plan and deliver training and assessments across a range of courses ensuring schemes/records of work, assignment schedules, are appropriate to the syllabus content and awarding body standards.
- Teach, assess and monitor learner progress, including the setting of targets, maintaining records of work and achievement.
- Work with customers in industry to maintain and build relationships and to secure contracts with existing and new organisations.
Level 3 qualification or equivalent in relevant sector.
- TAQA assessor award or willing to work towards.
- Commercial knowledge, experience and understanding of industry, including training needs.
- Experience and occupational competence to assess Level 1-3 or equivalent.
