Level 3 Qualified Staff Required for Flying Start Settings in Swansea. Due to phenomenal demand we are urgently seeking Level 3 Qualified Teaching Assistants to work on a flexible/supply basis.

As a teaching assistant in our Flying Start settings, you will support early childhood education in pre‑school classrooms, working with children in a caring and enthusiastic environment.

• Assist classroom teachers in delivering the national curriculum for pre‑school children.
• Support children with their daily routines and learning activities.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment.

• Level 3 or higher qualification in childcare.
• Classroom or nursery-based experience.
• Good understanding of the pre‑school education and support framework.
