We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join our supportive and ambitious secondary school community. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with teachers and students helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in supporting students’ academic progress, personal development, and wellbeing.

* Key Responsibilities:

*** Support teachers in delivering high-quality lessons across a range of subjects
* Provide one-to-one and small group support to students, including those with additional needs
* Assist in the preparation of learning materials and classroom resources
* Promote positive behaviour and contribute to a safe learning environment
* Support students with literacy, numeracy, and study skills
* Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teaching staff
* Contribute to the wider life of the school, including extracurricular activities where appropriate
