• School: 2-form entry, highly supportive, Outstanding provision
• Phase Responsibility:
  Leadership of the Early Years curriculum and team across Nursery & Reception
• Teaching Commitment:
  Split teaching across Nursery and Reception

• Leading the Early Years phase, ensuring high-quality teaching, learning and curriculum development.
• Working closely with senior leadership to implement whole-school priorities within the EYFS.
• Supporting and developing EY staff to maintain outstanding standards of care, learning and assessment.
• Driving an inspiring, child‑centred EY curriculum that promotes early development, independence and curiosity.
