Part-Time Lunchtime Support Role – Make a Difference Every Day! ✨

Looking for a rewarding part-time position where you can have a positive impact daily? Teaching Personnel is seeking a Lunchtime Support Assistant to join a friendly and welcoming school in the Swansea area.

Hours: 11:30am – 1:00pm (Monday to Friday)
Pay Rate: £13.75 per hour
Location: Swansea
Start Date: ASAP

This role is ideal for anyone who needs flexibility around the school run — work during the middle of the day while still being free for mornings and afternoons!

Help create a safe, enjoyable and positive lunchtime experience for pupils. You’ll supervise playtimes, encourage good behaviour and ensure all children feel happy and supported during their break.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
