We offer a 30‑hour per week Teaching Assistant role in a vibrant, inclusive environment that values Restorative Practice, Autism Friendly and Rights‑Respecting ethos.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

• Be an experienced Teaching Assistant with clear understanding of how children learn and develop.
• Work effectively as part of a team.
• Maintain high expectations for children and yourself.
• Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with pupils, parents and staff.
• Support high‑quality teaching and learning.
• Enthuse, motivate and engage children in all areas of learning.
• Contribute to the broader life of the school community.

There is an opportunity for additional hours in the breakfast and after‑school club.

Qualifications:

First Aid, Childcare, Thrive, or ELSA certificates are advantageous.
